How we operate

We buy, we furnish, we keep
We acquire the apartments, fit them out ourselves, and hold them. Ownership is what lets us stand behind them.

We cluster on one street
On rue de France in Nice, we run four apartments on one street. One neighbourhood, one team on the ground, homes managed to the same standard.

We handle the hard parts
Lease, guarantor, insurance, and billing are ours to arrange. You arrive, and you unpack.
Where we are
Nice today, Paris next. We would rather run a few streets well than spread thin across a map. Two apartments operating on rue de France now, with more on the same street joining soon — no waiting lists, no dates we cannot keep.
