Who is responsible
GSB Real Estate Rentals is the data controller. You can reach our privacy contact at hello@gsbliving.com.
What we collect
From enquiry forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp, city of interest, dates, who is moving in, and any message. If you become a tenant: the identity, income, guarantor, insurance, and payment details required to sign and manage your lease.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and manage your lease (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before it), to meet our legal obligations, and — only with your consent — to tell you about new apartments.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to three years from our last contact with you. Tenant and lease data: for the duration of the lease and the legal retention periods that follow.
Who processes it
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site and manage bookings — form and automation tools, our booking database, and payment and electronic-signature providers. Each acts on our instructions under a data-processing agreement. [Confirm final list of processors before publication.]
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@gsbliving.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
