These terms govern your use of the GSB Living website (gsbliving.com). By browsing this site, you accept them. They cover the website only — your rental is governed by the separate lease you sign.

The site

This website is published by GSB Real Estate Rentals to present our furnished apartments and let you enquire about them. It is informational: availability, prices, and details may change without notice, and nothing here forms a binding offer.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve an apartment or create a lease. A booking exists only once a lease is signed by both parties. We may decline any enquiry.

Intellectual property

The design, text, and photographs on this site are the property of GSB Real Estate Rentals or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without our written consent.

Liability

We take care to keep information accurate but do not warrant it is error-free. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Nice, France.
